Earlier this year, a Valdosta State graduate student helped Duluth develop a community survey to help the city council and staff plan for the future. Over 750 responses were received and analyzed by Community Relations Consultant Paige Havens.

Survey results were broken down into three categories of participants: Duluth residents, council and nonresidents. Major areas of concern include walkability/sidewalks, traffic management, pace of redevelopment, code enforcement, restaurant/retail mix, the Buford Hwy corridor, and Town Green maintenance.
