As restaurants and businesses in Duluth work to fully reopen, officials have created a survey to gauge patron preferences and confidence as they return to the patronage of local businesses. The city is seeking input about the health and safety protocols citizens would like to see in place when dining, shopping or scheduling of services.

The 20-question survey looks for input on when Duluth residents plan to revisit in-restaurant dining and what safety measures they expect to be in place, including preferences on masks, gloves and payment options.

Additional questions seek to determine when citizens plan to return to personal services like hair, nail and massage appointments. A final question asks to identify the three most important things patrons want to see in place before shopping or dining.
