Duluth city officials are seeking residents and individuals from the business community to apply to one of the city’s boards, commissions, committees, and/or authorities to help shape the Duluth of tomorrow. Participating citizens provide insight and knowledge to ensure prudent management of public resources and guide policy development.

According to Duluth officials, “The success of the city is built on the foundation of sound economic efforts, business advocacy, and visionary leadership.”

There are many levels of involvement, and most commitments only require monthly meeting attendance.

View the options and apply: www.tinyurl.com/DuluthAuthority. Select the vacancies tab and scroll to the board of interest. Current openings available on the Planning Commission, Urban Redevelopment Agency, and the Zoning Board of Appeals. Applications are due by Dec. 31.
