Duluth is three months away from finalizing its new Livable Centers Initiative that will set a course for downtown development over the next 10 years. As a part of the update, Envision Duluth will sponsor an open house from 6:30-8:30 p.m. March 3 at City Hall to hear from the public.

City planners will seek opinions on a draft plan developed from feedback received at a community workshop in November. Planners and city officials will be on hand to answer questions.
