Duluth will soon have 11 open seats on city boards and commissions. Citizens interested in becoming more involved in government activities are invited to apply.

Positions will be open on the Downtown Development Authority, Duluth Public Arts Commission, Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals.

According to the city’s announcement, citizens are encouraged “to become engaged in government operations and participate by serving. We want our citizens to be empowered to create insightful solutions to important community issues and needs.”
