Duluth honors graduating class from leadership academy
Eleven members of the fourth class of L.E.A.D. (Learn, Engage, Advance Duluth) Academy graduated last week at the Parc at Duluth.
L.E.A.D. is a six-week interactive program held every year for residents to become more knowledgeable about city operations, services and overall government functions.
This year’s participants were presented certificates and T-shirts by Mayor Nancy Harris at their graduation ceremony on Oct. 25.
