The Duluth City Council has created a Parsons Alley Design Review Committee to oversee details of development in this renovated area of downtown. Parsons Alley is the open-air alleyway under redevelopment in the “The Block” which will connect pedestrians between Main Street, the soon to open Dreamland BBQ and a new public plaza.

The committee will consist of five members comprised of a representative of the City Council, a City Council alternate, Chairman of the Downtown Development Authority, Chairman of the Planning Commission, representative of Dreamland Duluth, and a representative of Parsons Alley LLC. Marsha Bomar, Greg Whitlock, as the alternate, Tim Clark, Rob Ponder, Gary Canter and Chris Carter will each serve two-year terms as committee members.
