Duluth’s Parks and Recreation Department will celebrate the opening of the Chattapoochee Dog Park on Saturday.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony and naming of Duluth’s top dog and Mayor of the Dog Park will be announced at 10 a.m. Activities will continue through 3 p.m. The event will take place at Rogers Bridge park in the 4000 block of Roger’s Bridge Road.
