Duluth received four bids for the George Rogers Avenue Landscaping Project. After review of the bid packages the Duluth City Council voted to award the project to the lowest bidder, Brightview Landscape Services, in the amount of $78,640.

Staff anticipates a 10 percent contingency of $7,865 and a construction oversight cost of $7,085 for professional landscape architectural services, which brings the landscape construction budget to $93,590.

There are currently adequate funds left in the George Rogers project budget to cover this cost and therefore no additional allocation is needed at this time.
