Planned PEThood is offering free sterilizations for up to 1,000 feral cats in the 30096 zip code area of Duluth.

The animals can be brought to the organization at 8 a.m. Monday through Thursday at 2860 Buford Highway, Duluth. No appointments are needed for free-roaming cats. Each cat will be spayed or neutered, vaccinated for rabies and receive an eartip.
