The Duluth City Council voted Monday to accept a bid by Imagescapes, Inc. for landscaping at the intersection of Buford Highway and Sugarloaf Parkway. During the council meeting this week, City Manager James Riker explained that in June of 2014, Duluth was awarded a Georgia Department of Transportation GATEway Grant for the project.

The contract for $29,650 includes an additional 10% contingency for a total amount of $32,615.
