The Duluth Police Department is accepting applications for the Hispanic Citizens Police Academy (class is in complete Spanish)! Classes to be held 7 to 10 p.m. beginning April 12 and continues every Thursday for 8-weeks at the Duluth Police Department, 3276 Buford Highway.
Classes will cover firearm safety, traffic, gangs, patrol, K9 units, investigations, ride-alongs, and when to shoot/when not to shoot scenarios.
