Police are looking to speak with the drivers of two vehicles who ran over a man after he collapsed in a busy Marietta road.

Juan Ues fell in front of an apartment complex in the 700 block of Franklin Gateway about 10:20 p.m. Oct. 18, Marietta police spokesman Officer Paul Hill said.

Police did not disclose what prompted the man to collapse.

While lying there, two vehicles ran over Ues.

“Both vehicles failed to stop at the scene of the accident,” Hill said Friday in a news release.

Ues is now being treated at WellStar Kennestone Hospital, where he is in critical condition.

The vehicles are described as an orange sedan and a silver sedan with tinted window. Hill said traffic investigators have not made a determination on charges.
