Its’ called Bran Castle and although the Count himself never lived there, it was the inspiration Bram Stoker needed to write “Dracula.”

The castle has been a huge tourist attraction in Romania for years while it was changing hands from owner to owner.

"If someone comes in with a reasonable offer, we will look at who they are, what they are proposing, and will seriously entertain the idea," Mark Meyer of Herzfeld and Rubin told The Telegraph.

Rubin thinks any potential buyer could build a small hotel next to the castle and turn it into "the kind of place people will stay for two or three days."

Dracula was based on Vlad the Impaler, a violent 15th century leader known for sticking people on poles in front of his fortress.
