The Douglas County 2020 Census Complete Count Committee for the Douglas County Unite for Census Day will meet at 11 a.m. Feb. 29.

The meeting will be held at the Douglas County Courthouse, 8700 Hospital Drive, Douglasville.

All citizens and organizations are invited to learn more about the 2020 Census and how citizens can assist with ensuring that Douglas County has an accurate count.

The closer the county is to 100 percent participation, the more money comes back to Douglas County from the federal government for much needed projects, according to a Douglas County press release.
