The Doraville Planning Commission will review a conditional use permit request for a massage parlor during its regular meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, at Doraville City Hall Council Chambers, 3725 Park Avenue. The applicant, International New Health and Sauna, Inc., seeks to offer massage therapy and acupressure as part of a health and fitness club at 5979 Buford Highway.
The commission will also consider a rezoning request by Century Communities of Georgia, LLC. for multiple properties in Carver Hills, for a new residential development of detached single-family town homes.
