DeKalb's water conservation named "best in class"

The DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management has been recognized for its water conservation efforts by the Upper Chattahoochee Riverkeeper (UCR).

DeKalb was one of four utilities presented with the “Best in Class” award for its inefficient plumbing fixtures replacement plan.

UCR is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting and preserving the Chattahoochee River and its lakes and tributarires.
