DeKalb to unveil portrait of Porter Sanford

DeKalb County later this month will unveil a portrait of the late county commissioner Porter Sanford at the performing arts center that bears his name.

The event also includes a chance to join the Inaugural Circle by being the first 100 people to donate at least $100 to the center’s development fund.
