A DeKalb County magistrate found enough evidence Tuesday to bound over to Superior Court the case of a former teacher charged with molesting three young students at Millers Preparatory Academy for Boys, Channel 2 Action News reports.

Casey Thomas has been charged with seven criminal counts including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, cruelty to children and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

He also is accused of providing alcohol to the students in incidents that allegedly occurred from December to April.

DeKalb County police have told Channel 2 that one victim and his family came forward with allegations against the teacher on May 3, and an investigation led to the other victims. Two are 15 years old, and one is 16. All are males.

Police arrested Thomas on July 8.
