DeKalb residents can sign up for emergency notifications

With recent storms, DeKalb County officials are reminding to sign up for personal emergency notifications via the CodeRED system.

The system requires citizens register their street addresses, to make sure notification calls are sent to proper neighborhoods. Decatur offers a similar system for its residents.
