DeKalb County police are looking for a man accused of fatally shooting his ex-wife on Christmas Eve.
An arrest warrant has been issued charging Jake Jackson with murder in the death of Tiffanie Phillips, authorities said. She was killed Wednesday afternoon at her home on Terrace Trail near Decatur.
Jackson, 32, should be considered armed and dangerous, police said. He is described as 6-foot-4 and 165 to 175 pounds. He may be driving a dark blue Mitsubishi Montero.
