DeKalb police donate to needy children

Despite furlough days cutting their pay, dozens of DeKalb County police officers contributed to help buy less fortunate children Christmas gifts.

This week, Chief William O’Brien delivered the gifts to two families. The families were chosen by the county’s child advocacy center, police said.
