Dekalb County Recorder’s Court has begun using a new e-court paperless system.

The system, called Benchmark, will eliminate considerable time from the court system process. The single system expands access to case file information for court staff, judges, and the public. The court will have real-time access to all case information, documents, images, and the ability to capture signatures electronically, both inside and outside of the courtroom. Post-court processing will be almost eliminated when documents are automatically reflected back to the docket and processed real-time in court.
