Days after settling a similar case, a Clarkston man was accused of exposing himself while shopping at Wal-Mart.
Prince Gaye, 24, was spotted at the store at 3580 Memorial Drive outside Decatur with his pants down Monday, according to DeKalb police records. A white shirt was reportedly wrapped around his genitals.
Court records show three days earlier he pleaded guilty to shoplifting and had a charge of public indecency dropped. It wasn’t immediately clear why the charge was dropped.
He has a new public indecency accusation now.

A police officer responded to the Wal-mart and approached Gaye.
“His (genitals) print could be seen through the thin white t-shirt and it was explained to Mr. Gaye that he was indecent in public and would need to fix himself,” the officer wrote in the report.
Told to pull up his pants, which were near his knees, Gaye told the officer he could wear his pants whatever way he liked, the report said.
Asked if he was on any medication, Gaye allegedly said “he abused drugs heavily.”
He remained in the county jail Wednesday morning on $500 bond.
