Commissioner Sharon Barnes Sutton has assembled a task force to examine the possibility of becoming a “paperless county.”

Sutton, chairwoman of the commission’s county operations and public safety committee, said she met with the clerks for the commission and Superior Court discuss ways of keeping records electronically.

The task force will look at the costs and benefits of converting to digital records, Sutton said.
