DeKalb launching same-day permitting

DeKalb County is launching a same-day permitting program designed to streamline the ability of businesses and residents to receive necessary permits.

The county’s planning department will begin holding the sessions on May 31 and will continue it on the last Friday of each month through October.

Registration is required for each month’s program. Registration can be by calling DeKalb’s 311 or online at www.dekalbcountyga.gov/samedaypermit/.
