DeKalb County Commissioner Stan Watson wants local business owners to profit from the county’s $1.35 billion water and sewer system upgrades.

Watson will host a small business forum Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Lou Walker Senior Center on Panola Road.

Officials will tell residents how they can bid on the sewer projects, as well as find jobs. Speakers include county officials and former state Labor Commissioner Michael Thurmond.
