DeKalb hosting severe weather workshop Thursday

DeKalb County residents can learn about preparing for severe weather at a workshop later this week.

The county’s Emergency Management Agency will discuss safety during a tornado as well as other weather emergencies at the event. The workshop begins at noon Thursday at the One DeKalb resource center, lower level near Macy’s in Northlake Mall, 4800 Briarcliff Road.
