DeKalb DA to host event focused on pet ownership

DeKalb County District Attorney Robert James is joining with several community groups to host an event focused on responsible pet ownership later this month.

The Paws for the Cause event will feature live low-cost veterinary services and animals for adoption, as well as live entertainment and food vendors.

The free event runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 14 at Glenlake Park in Decatur.
