DeKalb County police have charged a Decatur-area man with severely abusing his 3-month-old son.

Jebediah Sutton-Brown-Fox, 38, was accused of first degree child cruelty after the child was found to have two broken arms, as well as leg and skull fractures.

The injuries and charges are detailed in an arrest warrant released Friday.

"(The) doctor indicated that the injuries are intentional," the warrant said. "(The) defendant last had the child in his care."

The child was taken into state custody after the injuries were brought to authorities' attention in October.

Further information wasn't immediately released.

Sutton-Brown-Fox was arrested Wednesday and remained held without bond Friday.
