DeKalb commissioner hosting meeting

Stan Watson, the commissioner representing the eastern half of DeKalb County, will host his monthly community breakfast the first Saturday in August.

Representatives from the county’s visitor’s bureau will be on hand for the event, which will focus on back-to-school issues.

Attending is free, though residents are asked to bring school supplies to donate to area children if possible.
