DeKalb CEO in foreclosure roundtable

DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis participated in a roundtable discussion Monday on how to help homeowners avoid foreclosure.

In addition to Ellis, the Southeast Regional Administrator of the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development was at the session. DeKalb has launched a handful of programs to help with its foreclosures, which is the third-highest number in Georgia.
