DeKalb adopts “green” landscaping

DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis recently signed his first executive order for the year, requiring environmentally sustainable landscaping on county sites and projects.

The policy is designed to protect the county water supply and require fewer chemical treatments for plants.
