Deadline nearing for Miss Cobb pageant
The deadline to enter the Miss Cobb County Scholarship Pageant is Sunday.
The annual event, which started in 1958, is sponsored by the Miss Cobb County Scholarship Pageant, Inc., a non-profit organization. It offers over $20,000 in cash scholarships and prizes.
The pageant is Aug. 6th at the Cobb County Civic Center. The winner will go on to contend for the Miss Georgia title in June 2012. Information: www.misscobb.com, 770-435-6378 or 770-973-3214.
