Deadline for Tree Committee is next week

Avondale Estates has given a deadline of 5 p.m. Nov. 26 to apply for membership to a 12-person Tree Ordinance Committee.

The group is charged with finding examples of tree ordinances addressing residential lots, the negative impacts of tree ordinances on residential lots, the successes of tree ordinances on residential lots and legal challenges to tree ordinances.
