Three new tenants have been announced for Snellville’s Shoppes at Webb Gin outdoor mall.

H&M, pet store Hollywood Feed and Smallcakes Cupcakery have signed leases for the shopping center on Scenic Highway, announced Olshan Properties, the Shoppes’ parent company.

H&M, a low-cost Swedish clothing retailer, will occupy a 19,000-square-foot space. It will employ 20 workers and open later this spring, Olshan Properties said.

Smallcakes Cupcakery will open next to the Children’s Place in a 1,452-square-foot store this spring. In addition to cupcakes, the international chain also sells “cupcake-infused ice cream.” Tennessee-based Hollywood Feed will occupy a 4,399-square-foot unit next to the Sleep Number mattress store.
