There will be a "Watchdogs for Justice” seminar from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. April 30, at the Wesley Chapel William C. Brown Library, 2861 Wesley Chapel Road, Decatur. The seminar, hosted by three attorneys and a private investigator, is free and open to the public. Watchdogs for Justice, is a non-profit organization established to decrease the number of young people entering the criminal justice system.
