Cox Conserves celebrates fifth anniversary

Cox Enterprises is celebrating the fifth anniversary of Cox Conserves, the company’s national sustainability program. The objective of Cox Conserves, which launched in 2007, is to reduce Cox Enterprises’ energy consumption by embracing renewable forms of energy, conserving natural resources and inspiring eco-friendly behavior. “We’ve found that doing what’s right for the environment is also good for our business, good for our employees and good for the community," said Jim Kennedy, chairman of Cox Enterprises, owner of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
