Council approves rezoning for office building

The Alpharetta City Council has approved a rezoning request to allow development of a 2,400 square foot medical office at 12599 Broadwell Road.

Architectural plans call for construction of a traditional farm house-style building similar to the former Reese House. The building will include a counseling practice and other medical professional offices.
