When the employee took out the phone, the woman brandished a steak knife and demanded the phone. The employee gave her the phone and she ran from the store.

The woman is described as having dark hair that is lighter towards the ends and cut short on the back of her head, standing about 5-foot-4 and weighing about 135 lbs. She has a “mark or tattoo” on her left temple.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact Gwinnett County detectives at 770-513-5300 or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477. Crime Stoppers tips may be rewarded with up to $2,000 if they lead to an arrest or indictment.
