Milton Police are seeking a man for questioning in relation to a theft case.

The suspect was observed picking up $40 in cash that had been "noticeably dropped by the customer in front of him" on the floor, according to Facebook.

The incident happened at Wal-Mart, located at 5200 Windward Parkway, on Feb. 2.

Milton was recently ranked as Georgia's second safest city by SafeWise.
