The daughter of a “Real Housewives of Atlanta” reality show star had her car broken into last week in Milton, according to a police report.
Milton police arrived at the home of Kim Zolciak-Biermann, 39, and Kroy Biermann, 32, on Manor Bridge Drive on March 14 around 2:15 p.m. The Biermann’s reported that their daughter Brielle’s 2013 Mercedes G63 had been broken into.
According to Bravo — the channel that airs RHOA — Brielle, 21, bought the car in January. It was parked near the home and was left unlocked when the incident occurred, according to the police report.
Stolen from the car was a Chanel purse, a Chanel wallet and three credit cards. According to the police report, the wallet and purse were valued at a total of $3,900. The suspect used the credit cards at various locations, totaling more than $4,700 in purchases before the cards were deactivated, police said.
The Biermann’s home is monitored by surveillance cameras. Kroy, who years ago adopted Brielle and her sister Ariana, showed police the footage and, according to the police report, it showed a white Porsche SUV pulling up to the gate of the Biermann’s home around 2 a.m. on March 13.
The suspect got out of the car, walked around the open gate, and entered Brielle’s car from the driver’s side. Police could not determine the ethnicity, gender or age of the suspect from the surveillance footage.
Kim and Kroy told police that the same white Porsche SUV has been associated with other alleged thefts in the neighborhood.
The neighborhood where the Biermanns live is also monitored by a guard in a guard house. The guard on duty when police were at the scene told police that the guard working during the time of the break-in “must have been in the bathroom.” The security guard was able to pull a tag number from the vehicle from surveillance footage.
Kim sounded off on Twitter after the incident in a profanity-laden tweet, saying she caught the person who swiped the purse and wallet on camera.
Brielle took to Twitter too, calling the thief a “dumb (expletive)” and claiming the person spent $10,000 of her money at Bloomingdales, an upscale department store at Lenox Square. The police report states that $4,609.03 was spent at Bloomingdales.
Kroy is a former NFL defensive end who played eight seasons for the Atlanta Falcons. He tallied 23.5 sacks and two interceptions in his 114-game career. Kroy and Kim married in 2011.
Kim has been on the Bravo show since its first season in 2008. She is also featured on another Bravo show, “Don’t Be Tardy.”
On Tuesday, Milton Police Captain Charles Barstow said that no arrests have been made, but detectives are pursuing leads that they hope will lead to the identity of the suspect.
