Roswell authorities said Thursday $5.5 million in crystal methamphetamine was discovered recently at an Alpharetta address and two men were taken into custody.

Police said 220 pounds of meth were found Aug. 4 at 1153 Rappahannock Drive in Alpharetta. The two suspects taken into custody were identified as Jose Carbajal-Pineda and Ana Consuelo Flores. Both were charged with trafficking meth.

Roswell police said they were called in to assist Drug Enforcement Administration agents and Alpharetta police.
