Gwinnett County police are searching for two men who allegedly removed a handle from a car door in order to steal the wallet inside.
The victim parked her car at West Gwinnett Park on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Norcross on May 27. When she was away from the car, two men removed part of a front door handle in order to get into the vehicle, police said.
The suspects took a wallet that was left inside the car. They used the victim’s credit cards at the Target at 3200 Holcomb Bridge Road.
The first suspect was wearing a black hat, T-shirt and pants at the time of the theft and had tattoos on his left forearm. The second suspect was wearing a blue hat, white T-shirt and jeans.
Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact Gwinnett County detectives at 770-513-5300 or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477. Crime Stoppers tips may be rewarded with up to $2,000 if they lead to an arrest or indictment.
