Gwinnett County police are looking for a masked robber who robbed two gas stations next door to each other on Sugarloaf Highway, Channel 2 Action News reported Wednesday.

The suspect, who wore all black, burst into the Exxon station in Lawrenceville shortly after 10 p.m. on Nov. 24. He crawled on the floor, jumped over the counter and put a gun in a clerk’s face, saying if the clerk didn’t hand over cash, he would shoot, Channel 2 reported.

After the suspect got the money, he fled the Exxon station and went directly to the Shell station next door, police say.

“I cant believe that somebody would do that,” Elaina Shield, a regular customer at the Exxon station, told Channel 2.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact Gwinnett County detectives at 770-513-5300.
