A 55-year-old Kennesaw man is accused of taking photos and inappropriately touching a female relative while she slept on the couch.
Robert John Hubauer is charged with felony eavesdropping and two charges of sexual battery, both misdemeanors, for the alleged incident earlier this month. Hubauer turned himself into police Monday evening and was released about an hour later after posting $5,000 bond, jail records show.
The 32-year-old victim reported the incident to police, who investigated the allegations, Officer Scott Luther with the Kennesaw police department told the AJC.
Officers found nude photos of the victim on Hubauer's cell phone, Luther said.
