A man was stabbed in a fight outside a cafe in the Norcross area last month, Gwinnett County police said Monday.

The victim was at the Cafe Dominican on Jimmy Carter Boulevard with family members around 2:40 a.m. Nov. 17 when they were approached by a group of men, police said. A verbal argument began and eventually both groups of people left the restaurant. A fight broke out outside, and the victim was stabbed, police said.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital after the stabbing. He did not suffer life-threatening injuries.

Police have identified a man who “may have been involved in the fight and stabbing,” according to a press release. The department is seeking the public’s help in identifying the man, pictured above.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact Gwinnett County detectives at 770-513-5300 or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477. Crime Stoppers tips may be rewarded with up to $2,000 if they lead to an arrest or indictment.
