At least he didn't drive drunk.

But a 21-year-old Cobb County man was arrested inside a car after leaving Waffle House. The problem was it wasn't his car.

After leaving the restaurant early Monday, Theador S. Tuncel, of Marietta, got into a parked Honda without the owner's permission and went to sleep, according to an arrest warrant obtained by the AJC. Tuncel was intoxicated when he got into the car, police said.

Tuncel was arrested by Cobb County police and charged with criminal trespassing, the warrant states. He was released late Tuesday night after posting $3,500 bond.
