A Cobb County man is accused of using his iPod for more than just listening to music.

The 23-year-old also used it to make videos under the skirts of women, without their permission, at Walmart on four separate occasions, according to an arrest warrant obtained by the AJC.

Marietta police arrested Stegall Jaquad Ponder late last week after he was caught allegedly making videos at the store located in the 200 block of Cobb Parkway.

Ponder, of Marietta, was charged with four counts of eavesdropping and with being a Peeping Tom, jail records show. He was booked into the Cobb County jail, where he spent a few hours before being released on $10,000 bond.

Ponder allegedly first used his iPod camera to video women in May and then again three times in June, his arrest warrant states.
