Police in Brookhaven are looking for two people who allegedly broke into more than a dozen cars over the course of Thursday evening.

The two men stole items from 15 vehicles in the Ashford Park neighborhood, which is located between Peachtree and Clairmont roads, Brookhaven police said in a statement. One of the cars contained a gun.

They were also able to steal one of the cars, a 2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport, to use as a getaway car, police said. It was later found by Atlanta police.
